WIN Job Analysis—Employer Advisory Roundtable

WIN established the Employer Advisory Roundtable with three main goals:  

    • Strengthen relationships between employers and WIN Learning  
    • Strive to continuously improve our educational, career and workforce readiness tools with feedback from the employer members  
    • Have WIN Learning become the obvious choice for employer work readiness solutions       


We view the Roundtable as a source for continuous improvement, subject matter expert guidance on development and marketing of the WIN Job Analysis process and corresponding assessments, and credentials and curriculum.
