It also includes a resume builder and sample and practice job applications. Next, students can access two courseware and credentialing programs: The WIN Ready to Work Courseware and Ready to Work Credential and the WIN College Readiness Courseware. Finally, the system includes WIN Soft Skills Courseware and the Essential Soft Skills Credential that prepares students with the behavioral and attitudinal skills, including interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, that employers demand.
