Version 2.17.0 of WIN Career Readiness System code was released to production on Thursday, November 21, 2019. Highlights of the release include:

● Archive Classes

● Miscellaneous bug fixes and enhancements

Archive Classes

Facilitators have the ability to set a class archive date which, at midnight on that date, hides the class from the class selection tree in Class Management and the Class Report.

NOTE: Classes can be Reset OR Archived, not both.

Checking “Show Archived Classes” in the Class Report will unhide the archived classes from the list.

Checking “Show Archived Classes” in the Class Report will unhide the archived classes from the list.

Miscellaneous

Class Management: Deactivated students will not appear in the Learner Pool. Students who are in a class and then deactivated will remain in the class.
