Enhanced Proctor Role: Enrollments
When provisioning proctors, top level administrators can now elect to allow proctors to enroll learners in organizations other than the proctor’s home organization. The process is the same as allowing proctors to proctor assessments for learners outside of their home organization.

Once provisioned, the proctor can enroll learners in the permitted organizations and List and Edit learners from the permitted organizations. (Reports 2.0 Learner Listing and Individual Reports also display learners from the additional permitted organizations, but they don’t handle transfers correctly so use with caution)

Assessment Assignment: UI updates
The way in which proctors search for learners when assigning assessments has been improved.
Under “Find Participants” proctors can now Search Organization(s) for learners in their home organization and any organization to which they’ve been given permission.

For their home organization, they can List by Class or List by Learner.

For additional organizations, they can List by Learner, because proctors can’t have classes in non-home organizations.

They also have the ability to do an Advanced Search by entering a learner’s first name, last name, username, unique identifier, or other fields associated with their account.

In addition, “Search” has been renamed “Filter” to more accurately reflect its function.

Reports 2.0 Enhancement
Credential Summary Report: Administrators now have the ability to select how their data is displayed in terms of organization levels. First they will select the Organization(s) for which they want to see the data. *This is required.

Then they will select how they would like to see the data organized. (This is not required. If no Organization Level is selected, it will show the data organized by the top level organization)

The levels available correspond with the Administrator’s permission level.
