WIN Learning Career Readiness System Release Updates: January 2025

Summary

Version 6.2.0 of WIN Career Readiness System code was released to production on January 8, 2025. Highlights of the release include:

  • New Administrator Dashboard
  • My Work Ready Enhancements
  • Miscellaneous Enhancements

Administrator Dashboard

The dashboard for nonlearners has been completely redesigned with a modern, responsive design and additional functionality.

The tabs at the top of each product tile reveal other visualizations of related statistics.

Dashboard data can now be filtered by organization. The Date Range now has standard date selections, as well as the custom date fields.


My Work Ready Enhancements

My Work Ready regional data

The occupation data wages, annual openings, and projected growth are now regionalized based on the zip code the participant provided in the initial survey. Zip code can be changed in the User Profile at any time. In addition, the participant can explore regionalized data in areas other than their own by using the Zip Code tool on the Careers page.

Regionalized data is also available in the Recommendations section of the participant’s Career Plan.


The new Explore Education link in the Toolkit allows participants to explore programs of study, schools, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities that may help them advance their career prospects.

Miscellaneous

Enhancements

  • Assessment Session Management

    • The support team can now reactivate sessions that have been closed if action is needed

    • The support team can now un-assign active assignments when a test window closes

  • Single Sign On improvements

  • EdFi Integration for South Carolina

  • Objective Based Report update - Academic Skills Courseware data 

  • Report performance optimizations

  • Report date filters

    • Implemented standard date range selections; This Week, This Month, This Year, etc.

  • Product filter in General Summary and Learner Listing reports


Bug Fixes

  • Removed level scores for Soft Skills Assessments in reports

  • Fixed the objective tally to make the information more clear in the Objective Based Individual report

  • Fixed the Assessment Assignment grid to prevent alternate language assessments when they are disabled at the organization level

  • Fixed the missing username dialog that appears when rolling over the first name or last name in reports

  • Removed the Individual report for Enrollment Pool facilitators

  • Fixed sync errors for Clever and Classlink

  • Fixed an error with the “No Response” checkbox for date fields

  • Fixed an error with date fields in User Profile that had allowed a user to get into a bad state


Known Issues

  • Individual Search not functioning correctly for Enrollment Pool administrators and teachers on the Class Objective Based Report. This does not affect the regular Class Report or any other user types.
