We are excited to introduce the first release of the Resume Builder tool within the WIN Career Readiness System! This new feature is designed to support learners and job-seekers as they prepare for employment opportunities by creating professional resumes directly within the platform.

This release is part of a limited feature launch with the goal of collecting early feedback to shape future enhancements. While the current tool offers foundational functionality, a number of powerful upgrades are already in the pipeline. • Users can save one resume to their profile. They can edit that resume as often as needed to create and download different versions. Support for saving multiple resumes is planned for a future update, enabling customization for different job applications.
  • Users can preview their resume and export it as a PDF or Word file type.
  • Each resume includes the following sections:
    • Personal Summary
    • Professional Skills
    • Work Experience
    • Education
  • More sections (e.g., Certifications, Awards, Languages, Volunteer Work) will be added based on user feedback and needs.
  • Users can generate or enhance resume content with the help of integrated AI support. AI-generated suggestions are tailored to improve clarity, professionalism, and keyword alignment with job roles. AI-enhanced features can be enabled or disabled for users within a given organization.
