WIN Learning Career Readiness System Release Updates: April 2019
Product enhancements were released to WIN Career Readiness System on the evening of Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
Highlights of the release include:
● Reports 2.0 - Activity 2.0 report (Learner Experience)
● Reports 2.0 - Date range filter available in Individual Learner Report
Reports 2.0 - Activity 2.0 report (Learner Experience)
Learners now have access to a new activity report that provides additional data and an enhanced view. Learners can access their reports by clicking on the Reports tab at the top of their screen. A drop down will appear displaying the reports available to them. The new report released to the production server is Activity 2.0.
Reports 2.0 Activity Report displays more detailed assessment data including date taken, level score, scale score, session time, and credential earned. Learners may also access and print assessment credentials from this report if permissions are enabled.
Courseware data includes dates, scores, and session times per objective, ebadges and certificates earned. Learners may access and print certificates from this report if permissions are enabled.
Learners are able to filter and sort by Credential, Product, Module, Ebadge, Content Type, Level, Code, Objective, and Date. The report can be exported to Excel by clicking the Excel icon in the upper right corner.
Note: Ready to Work Assessments, Essential Soft Skills Assessments, NWRC, Ready to Work Courseware, and CRC 2.0 product data are currently available in Reports 2.0. Soft Skills Courseware, College Readiness Courseware, and Supplemental Skills are coming soon

Administrators and facilitators are able to filter Individual Learner Reports by a specific date range.
