Summary
Version 6.9.0 of WIN Career Readiness System code was released to production on March 5, 2026. Highlights of the release include:

Staff Permissions
The Permission “Activate/Deactivate User” was added to the Facilitator role in User Administration. This setting will allow Facilitators to be able to Activate or Deactivate Learners within their Organization.
Staff permissions settings can now be assigned in the Batch Enrollment flow. The columns to designate the permissions are present when downloading the Staff import template and accept values of “Yes” or “No.” The permissions can be edited in the Import Review process and are set for the user record during the import process.
In Batch Enroll, you will now be able to set permissions for Admin and Facilitator roles during Batch Enrollment. After selecting the desired Non-Learner role in Batch Enroll in “Import As,” press Download Template to download the newest template for that Admin or Facilitator role. In the Downloaded Template, you will see new columns for the Permissions for that role. Each permission can be set by putting Yes or No under the various permission columns. Leaving any of the permission fields Blank will set all the permissions to ON upon completing Batch Enrollment.

- Fixed an issue with Soft Skills digital badges in My Work Ready
- Fixed an issue with the Search button becoming inactive in the Individual Report in My Work Ready
- Fixed an issue with Step 1 and Step 2 data not appearing on the Individual Report in MyWork Ready
- Fixed another pathway in SSO that was allowing users to be placed in multiple organizations
- Improved performance for the General Summary report
- Addressed an issue where new organizations were not being provisioned for Resume Builder
- Fixed an issue where staff with enrollment permissions outside of their home organization were not being respected in the system
- Fixed an issue where the Activate/Deactivate User permission didn’t prevent a User from setting the Deactivation Date for another User in User Administration
- Fixed an issue that the Assessment Test Window date settings were not reflected properly in the UI on the Assessment Assignment grid
