WIN Learning Career Readiness System Release Updates: January 2026

Summary

Version 6.8.0 of WIN Career Readiness System code was released to production on January 29, 2026. Highlights of the release include:

  • Email Notification of Account Creation


Email Notification of Account Creation

Administrators and Facilitators may now receive their account information via email upon account creation either by single enrollment or batch enrollment.

 

Upon saving a new Administrator or Facilitator with a valid email address entered into their Personal Information in User Administration, you will be prompted with an option to send an email notification to the new user about their account creation.

An email will then be sent to the new user notifying them that they have been enrolled in WIN Career Readiness and to click on a link to continue the verification and login process.

If the new user does not click on the link in the email to verify their email address within 24 hours or did not receive the email for any reason, a new verification email can be sent. This can be done by clicking on the “Send Verification Email” option in the gear next to the user’s name in User Administration.

Once the link is clicked, a window will open in the browser notifying them that their account has been verified and after 5 seconds will automatically be sent to the Set Password page to set up their account password.

After setting a new password, the new user will then be able to login to WIN CRSystem.


If Administrators or Facilitators are being created in Batch Enrollment and the user wants an email notification to be sent, the user must set the “Send Email Verifications” option to ON, found below the Select Import File section, to ensure that all users enrolled with a valid email address are notified after the batch enrollment is completed.
