BIG Updates from WIN Learning

This continues to be a BIG – BOLD INTENTIONAL GROWTH – year for WIN Learning.

Kingston, Tenn. – May 1, 2020

This fall, we will launch the WIN Career Readiness System Version 3.0. This learner-centric release will feature an all-new, more modern data-driven learner dashboard. The dashboard will facilitate learner understanding and navigation of the system and display learner progress toward instructional goals. New online resources for learners will also be introduced.

Current independent research continues to underscore employer demand for training and certification of essential soft skills, including conveying professionalism, communicating effectively, promoting teamwork, and thinking critically. In response, this fall we are releasing an enriched version of the WIN Essential Soft Skills curriculum. We are adding content aligned to seven new, core employer in-demand objectives and are doubling the depth of the current instruction. New, interactive decision tree prompts and 25 new workplace manager and scenario videos will further engage learners and reinforce concept mastery.

We have recently updated the WIN Ready to Work learning objectives to make them more career contextual and, therefore, more relatable to learners and employers. Over the next few weeks, we will update the WIN Ready to Work curriculum scope, assessment blueprints, and credentials to reflect these new workforce focused learning objectives.

We are also currently piloting a virtual assessment proctoring solution.

Our hope is that you are staying healthy and staying positive during this unprecedented time. As we are all challenged in new and unexpected ways, we remain committed to ensuring that WIN career readiness solutions remain relevant and responsive to customer needs and employer expectations. Please continue to share your ideas. Together we are stronger.
