You are the construction manager for a new housing development. The development is called Village Creek. By the end of the project, the developers expect to have 500 homes, a golf course, clubhouse, and a neighborhood pool. The first three buyers have decided to build homes in Village Creek. They are buying the homes before the construction starts; therefore, their homes can be customized to their preferences.

As a group, you will manage the construction of one of the first three homes. You and your group must decide which client’s project you will manage.
