Step 1: Set Up & Implementation

The WIN Job Analysis model requires a structured process to gather and collect specific job title reviews. Before we can initiate the job analysis review, there are a few prerequisites and set up procedures that need to be in place. Step 2: Job Analysis & Review

To assist in the WIN Job Analysis process, a battery of surveys and questionnaires will  be required to complete. This will help provide a valid review and accurate determination of skill level recommendation to job title practices. Company Background

Company Demographics

To assist in the job analysis process and recommendation, a company demographic summary is requested. Click link to complete online or select PDF print version.

SME Characteristics

Prior to conducting the Job Analysis, a select number of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are requested to participate. Click link to complete online or select PDF print version.

Soft Skills Determination

Upon foundational skill level review, a determination of essential soft skills of job title are reviewed. Click link to complete online or select PDF print version.

Foundational Skill Level Determination

Upon completion of the SME review and job analysis, a skill level determination review is completed. Click link to complete online or select PDF print version.

Job Analysis Worksheet
