The WIN Career Readiness System portal allows each client the opportunity to create unique portal settings that guide the data collection and reporting processes. The first step in creating your unique portal naming conventions is to determine how you want to establish your hierarchy or organizational structure. The hierarchy will determine who has access to which reports and portal features.

You can create several levels of access, and name each user access to match your specific needs. The first illustration shows a typical school district set-up hierarchy. The second example shows a typical workforce board setup. You will need assistance with this process from your Professional Services Consultant, who will guide you through your custom setup.
