Whether it’s college, trade school, military, or the workplace, WIN provides learners with the tools to prepare them for the road ahead. As learners prepare for a career readiness credential or certification, Career Readiness Courseware is ideal for measuring the level of readiness in foundational academic skills that focus on the core communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills required for 21st Century opportunities from entry level to professional.

Career Readiness System

Career Readiness Courseware (CRC) provides learners with a placement test to identify current readiness levels in each of the modules, and to identify further training and education along their career path. Learners are automatically placed in the level most appropriate to their needs. 


Addressing relevance in education, CRC is aligned to skill levels based on  the realities of the current job market and can be accessed at up to seven different skill levels for nine unique topics.  


Based on placement test performance, an individual enters the learning module at a level appropriate for their skills and then progresses at their own pace.  


Learners show mastery of content by passing post-tests at the end of each module by earning eBadges and eventually certificates of completion.

 

CRC measures a learners’s skills in the following:

CRC Dashboard

The assessments in CRC provide learners with a personalized profile of how prepared they are for a career path, and helps clarify their needs for further training and education. These assessments also assure precise skills-based placement into further work on foundational skills. This allows learners to practice and engage in the work they have not yet mastered.


Administrative reports and progress monitoring is available through the CRC management system. Users can print progress reports, certificates and manage settings.
